This is a really great idea! Simple yet very effective. Now I have a use for all those old T's laying around filling up my drawers. Facing up to the fact that they won't ever fit me again will be easier now. hehe.

Yvonne, was going to suggest MYOB Live as well. Recently set it up for a building contractor friend of mine, and for a non-accountant (me), it was easy to do and understand how the reconciliation with your bank account works, issuing invoices is super easy. Good luck with the search.

I'd go FreshBooks + OneSaas + Saasu.
Track everything in FreshBooks (Projects, People, Clients, Timetracking, Expenses, Generate Invoices). Use OneSaas to push Clients, Invoices and Expenses from FB into Saasu. Saasu will do the Bank Reconciliation for you. Both FB and Saasu will track Expenses on each contact/client (OneSaas will make sure of that).
Maybe use BaseCamp or WorkEtc for project management. Or use BatchBook and also integrate it with FB and Saasu via OneSaas.

Ping us @onesaas and we'll help you set it up. You'll never want to go back :)

Regards,
@Corneliu
